Okay, so all of us remember the millions of cats we must've gone through throughout the years, right? I remember when I was on Scooter Number 3, 4, whatever, and Kelli had a beautiful snow white kitten (I don't remember it's name). I wanted that kitten to like me so bad--whenever I'd try to hold him/her, he/she would jump out of my arms. Then one morning, sitting on the kitchen floor playing with the kittens, I finally got that cat to sit on my lap. I was sitting cross-legged, in my cute white nightgown with the red heart buttons that Mom made me, the nightgown pulled over my legs. I was so glad that cat was sitting in my lap, but when he/she finally got up, there was little cat turds on my beautiful, pristine white nightgown! I was so upset! I don't think I liked that cat so much after that.

Poor Robyn, I don't blame you for changing your feelings about the cat after that. I'm gagging just thinking of little cat turds in your lap.
How many Scooters did you have? Didn't one freeze to death in the garage one winter? Sorry if that's too painful to think about.
We weren't too good with cats at our home, were we? Many were lost to the car engine. We did have Pit, Pat and Poke for quite a while before they were killed by wild animals.
I have to add a picture of them to your post...hope you don't mind.
Did mom really let these cats inside? Wow! I just remember putting them under boxes on the driveway and they run (scooting the box) and jump straight up to get the box up and run out from under them. Terrible, but entertaining. PETA would not approve-not do I. We were young, that's my excuse.
You are so cute and so little.
THANKS FOR THE PHOTO...Pit, Pat and Poke stuck around for a long time. Poke was the one mom and dad sewed up after it got caught in the engine...Pat also lost part of its ear. (also in the car engine)... Remember how they "taught" JD to sit in the windowsill like a cat? He could jump up and curl his tail around him just like the best of them.
I forgot that JD used to sit in the window! Too funny, lol! The white cat's name was "Cry Baby Boobie Cat"! Don't you remember how it would sit in the dining room window sill and cry!
Yes! Kim named my cat, "Cry Baby Boobie Cat" I'm sure I had a very cute name for it, like Fluffy or Snowball or something! But for sure that cat would not shut up, it cried and cried on the window sill!
That was also the cat that bit me when someone turned on the vacuum so I bit it back! MMMM... a mouth full of fur, No SERIOUSLY!
Yes, the cats did get inside occasionally. Robyn loved them so much I couldn't resist sometimes. I have to say, however, they didn't like being inside - neither did J.D. They were used to being outside and they liked it there.
I'm giggling here, imagining Kelli with fur sticking out of her mouth. YOU SERIOUSLY bit that cat.
