When Lori was young (18 or 19) and preparing to be a homemaker, she decided to practice her cooking skills and make dinner for our whole family one night. She made a big pot of spaghetti. Wait, a HUGE pot of spaghetti. Enough that our family (six of us left at home) could never even eat it all before it went bad.
We've teased Lori ever since about her cooking skills. Having stayed in her home, I can testify that she is a wonderful cook and hostess. I'll never forget the dinner of meatballs, rice and peas she served us once. That one caused some laughing and wet pants!
oh I don't remember the meatballs, rice and peas...do I want to? Do you remember the chicken and rolls? What about my meatloaf--and stew? I hope I've improved some! I do have to ask was the spaghetti good? Who's coming for Thanksgiving?????
